Steve Weinberg started his journalism career in newspapers, moved to magazines and then shifted to book writing. His latest book is a dual biography of Ida Tarbell and John D. Rockefeller (W.W. Norton, 2008). Weinberg, the former executive director of Investigative Reporters and Editors, Inc., teaches journalism at University of Missouri.
